All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order. We use a reliable shipping carrier to ensure that your order arrives in a timely and secure manner. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We offer free shipping on orders of 3 or more tumblers in the same order. For orders of fewer than 3 tumblers, a flat shipping rate will be applied at checkout. Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.

Return & Exchange Policy

All customized and made-to-order tumblers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any tumbler that has been personalized or customized in any way, as each item is made specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will accept returns of non-customized tumblers within 7 days of receipt if they have any defects or faults. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately to initiate the return process.

Please note that we do not accept returns for general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or accidents. Additionally, we are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns.
